When we lose connection with self-love, the body absorbs that separation, showing up as loneliness, emotional spirals, over-giving, anxiety, or the constant search for comfort outside ourselves. This activation gently dissolves those patterns by healing the relationship between the mind and the heart, releasing the old stories of being “unloved” or “left behind,” and restoring harmony between the soul and the body.
